Today I'm celebrating my one year anniversary of launching Pivotal Hires 🎉 I'm super grateful for: all I've learned over the last year for the amazing candidates who have trusted me in guiding them to new roles for my clients who have provided wonderful opportunities for them for the opportunity to interview interesting people on The Pivotal Podcast and for the freedom to do work that brings me such joy and purpose. Some friends told me last week that they think of me as someone who takes risks and seizes opportunities. I appreciate the sentiment, BUT I've heard it said that we tend to regret the things we don't try much more than those we attempt and fail. I tend to agree. Sometimes it comes down to circumstances- when the pain or risk of staying in our current situation is greater than that of trying and failing. That's where I was last year. What about you?
