Last week, the City of Plano welcomed over 50 city planners from across Texas for a tour that showcased three major redevelopment projects—the billion-dollar overhaul of Collin Creek Mall, the transformation of Plano Market Square Mall into Assembly Park and the conversion of Texas Instruments' Spring Creek Campus into Legacy Central, a tech-centered office park. City of Plano stands out in a recent Trust for Public Land report highlighting the powerful role park investment plays in boosting our economic vitality! Here's a snippet from the report: "As Plano redevelops traditional office parks into mixed-use districts with high-quality parks and open spaces, the City is hospitable to real estate developers, employers, and employees."
