Last week, the City of Plano welcomed over 50 city planners from across Texas for a tour that showcased three major redevelopment projects—the billion-dollar overhaul of Collin Creek Mall, the transformation of Plano Market Square Mall into Assembly Park and the conversion of Texas Instruments' Spring Creek Campus into Legacy Central, a tech-centered office park.
