At Plants & Goodwin, we recently took a break from our regular operations to focus on something truly valuable: leadership training. Joined by leadership trainer, Joseph Cabrera, the entire day was dedicated to enhancing our team's leadership skills, communication, and problem-solving abilities. As part of the training, we engaged in a bike assembly challenge that required teamwork and creativity, but the real highlight was the commitment to development. This training allowed us to put our operations on hold to invest in our team's growth and foster a stronger, more effective leadership culture. In addition, the bikes assembled during the training were donated to a local Bradford charity, bringing joy to underprivileged kids in our community. We're proud to support both our team's development and our community through this meaningful experience.

The longer a well stays abandoned, the higher the risk of problems and costs. Open wells can collect debris, making plugging harder and more expensive. They also face corrosion, which can damage their structure and complicate the plugging process.
