Each year, the PLASTICS (Plastics Industry Association)’s young professionals' group, Future Leaders in Plastics, organizes a litter cleanup as part of their mission to positively impact communities the industry serves. This year's event took place at Woodland Park in downtown Houston, TX, coinciding with this week's National Plastics Conference. With the help of 47 volunteers, we collected 51 bags of mismanaged waste. Recyclables will be directed towards a recycling pathway by Cyclyx! We’re thrilled to partner with them for this year’s Fall Sweep.
