We had a great morning at the ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the new Buck O'Neil Bridge! This bridge will directly connect I-35 to Highway 169, providing access from downtown to the Northland. Breaking ground in June 2021, the new bridge will officially open to traffic later in October. 🚧 What a morning! 🚧 We're thrilled to announce that we officially broke ground on Barry West, Kansas City's largest build-to-rent development! A huge thank you to North American Savings Bank for partnering with us on this event and making it a success. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our trade partners and suppliers who showed up to support us. This 60-acre project will bring 364 units to the community, including a community pool, clubhouse, playground and soccer field.
