In early 2023, we discovered the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman and decided we wanted to find an implementer to lead Playabilities Pediatric Therapy Clinic through the EOS process. On this journey, we met several amazing people and moved forward with Tim James as our outside implementer. Tim has been an extraordinary leader and mentor for our team. He is thoughtful, passionate, genuine, emotionally intelligent, wise, and truly cares about our team as individuals and as a whole.
