Anime NYC, the largest Anime convention on the East Coast, and Play NYC, NY’s premier gaming convention, are excited to announce a groundbreaking collaboration for the upcoming Anime NYC event. For the first time, Play NYC will have its own dedicated area within Anime NYC's brand-new 80,000 sq ft gaming hall, bringing together two of New York City’s most beloved conventions at the Javits Center August 23-25, 2024. Anime NYC is not just a celebration of anime itself, but also a celebration of what anime fans love. Over the past few years, it has become a hub for anime fans who are also gaming enthusiasts. One of Anime NYC’s features this year is its new gaming hall that will feature a vast array of experiences. From indie games to VR, to large-scale interactive video gaming there will be something for every gaming fan. MK Goodwin, Event Director of Anime NYC, shared her enthusiasm.
