We launched Plot’s Community Hub last week, and with the help of our tiny team and 7 creator friends, we reached 57,934 people and 99,434 impressions on LinkedIn. Just shy of 100K, but more than enough proof that people are paying attention. Initial push was a pure awareness play, but I think now is a good time to get into what Community Hub actually is and who it’s for. Marketers already know that community drives growth. It’s valuable. But tracking and managing community is messy. That’s why we built Community Hub—a centralized database that: • Tracks every brand-fan interaction so relationships don’t get lost in Slack or spreadsheets • Keeps teams aligned across social, CX, and creator/influencer marketing • Find real advocates (not just whoever has the biggest follower count) • Makes community management more strategic and less reactive I've put this 18 page breakdown to lay out exactly why community teams need a centralized system and how we built C-hub to solve that.
