I want to give a shout of appreciation and admiration to Jaclyn "Jackie" Kirkwood, MBA, PMP®, RBLP-T®, LSSBB, Director of Operations at Clutch, for her encore presentation "Resumes Leading to Interview" delivered at the August PMI Sacramento Valley Chapter's Career Development Forum. With her detail oriented, inclusive, and passionate style, she shared an excellent resume template that gave us a simple and easy to use format for communicating our most pertinent work experience with prospective employers. Jackie reviewed the STAR method for most successfully navigating interview questions: Situation, Task, Action and Results. She also discussed the Resilience Building Leadership Program (RBLP) Certification for advanced leadership in today's workplace. Jackie covered all this, and more. It was an excellent meeting. Thank you Jackie!!
