There are three different types of reserve studies that an association can have done. The more involved they are, the more they cost, but costlier studies also provide more detailed reports. The first study is all-encompassing. It involves visiting the association and evaluating its finances and physical state. The second happens when an evaluator visits the property with a specific focus on how things may have changed since their last visit. The third one is the least involved and doesn't involve an onsite visit.

A big shout out to Natasha Fierro and CACM for organizing the educational lunch on Corporate Transparency Act for South Bay managers. It was a pleasure for PMI SOUTHBAY to attend and gain valuable insights into this important topic alongside fellow managers. A big thank you to the event sponsors and speakers for making such informative lunches possible. And to top it all off, the raffle prize from J J commercial Heaters was the perfect finishing touch!!
