Before I can kick off Batch10 today in 3 hours. This make me motivated to make sure all 50 of them become #pmp in this year @muhammad atif khan from #saudiaarabia. His hard; his dedication and motivation made this possible. He came back from #pakistan 2 weeks back and said sir I am going to clear in October and he did it. I am so proud of him and his motivation.

SCHEDULE in #pmp • Step 1: Create a Schedule Management Plan which will outline the software we are going to use and additional relevant details. • Step 2: Continuing from where we left off in Scope management, we'll break down work packages into lists of activities, along with their attributes, and compile a list of milestones. • Step 3: Check activities relationships Finish to start FS, start to start SS, Start to finish (SF), Finish to Finish. • Step 4: Verify activity dependencies, including mandatory and discretionary dependencies, both internal and external. • Step 5: Check duration of each activities using analogous, parametric, bottom-up estimation and 3-point estimation. • Step 6: Use critical path method to calculate duration and schedule baselines. • Step 7: If you want to reduce schedule use schedule compression techniques- Crashing (adding resource it will add more cost and Fast tracking (it will make activities parallel but will increase rework • Step 8: Use Resources optimization techniques -Resource leveling and Resource smoothing to manage resources. • Step 9: Crashing, fast tracking and resource leveling will require a formal change request.

Daily, I get this message: your program is very expensive for students in #India and #Pakistan, which, even though I live in #USA, is still my biggest audience. I asked my students to share some of the things we do, and they shared a list. Please note that a survey from my current certified #PMP gives everything you see on the list below, and the price. Many of the things are not mentioned in it. But lets for now just talk about what is mentioned on it. All the program in the #PMP community. No one provides even 1/10 of it. And I am continuously adding more things to it. And most importatnly no one cares for their student then i do. If you still think its expesnive please ask any of my certified #PMP. I tagged them when i share their success journey. And if you think yes this is a great deal for you, My class starts day after tomorrow Link: https://lnkd.in/gG5agYvf Email: ameralipmp@gmail.com Mob; +18483380545

AGILE IN #PMP • Agile is a mindset that requires you to be adaptable and ready to implement changes at any given moment, while also focusing on delivering progress incrementally. • Agile is used when the requirements are not fixed and when you want delivery in parts. • Agile consists of 4 values which is heart of it, we need to memorize these 4 values and understand them in depth. • Customer collaboration over contracts negotiation, respond to change over following plan, working software over comprehensive documentation, individual and interaction over process and tools. • Agile has 12 principles which are an extension of these 4 values. • In Agile, we aim for T-type leaders, also known as generalized specialists. They possess deep expertise in one area and a general understanding of other topics. This approach helps prevent single points of failure. • Team members are empowered and accountable, they select their work and responsible for it and answerable for it. • Team decides how much effort (story point) it will take to complete a user story (requirement) • Agile is light weight estimation. We use ideal hours, affinity estimation, Fibonacci series for estimation and planning poker to get consensus on story point. • Velocity (how much work can be done in a sprint) of two teams cannot be compared. • In agile we have small team less than 12 team members, as a servant leader we provide them environment where team can learn and grow together. We need to make sure if the team can make mistakes and learn from it. • Scrum is most used project management framework in it • Scrum master is servant leader, he/she removes impediment among the team member and product owner. • Product owner is the voice of customer; he/she decides what holds the most value throughout the project's duration. • The product backlog is a prioritized list of user stories that need to be addressed in the project. It's organized using techniques like MoSCoW or 100 Points, focusing on high-value and high-risk items first. • Sprint - typically lasts from 1 to 4 weeks, during which all the work for that period is completed. • Sprint backlog - consists of the tasks taken from the product backlog and scheduled to be completed during a specific Sprint. Each Sprint will have its own unique Sprint backlog. • Daily standup- 15 minutes status sharing meeting, we only discuss progress in it. We discuss what did we do yesterday, what is plan for today, and is there any roadblock or impediments? • We use information radiators to share progress in colocation area: Burn down (how much work is remaining), Burn-up (how much work is done), Task board - status board, Kanban board (It gives work in progress, and bottleneck in the process).

How Does Training Influence Each Stage of Team Development? Project managers often rely on models like the Tuckman ladder (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, Adjourning) to navigate team development. A crucial element at every stage is training—from setting ground rules in the Forming stage to refining skills during Performing. 📌 My question to you: How has training impacted your team’s journey through these stages? Did formal training boost collaboration, or did informal coaching make a bigger difference? Which types of training proved most effective at various stages? Let's exchange insights: What training methods have you used to help your team move from Storming to Norming? Have you found certain soft skills training, like conflict resolution or emotional intelligence, to be a game-changer in team dynamics? How do you handle team training in virtual or hybrid environments? Any tips for building strong connections remotely? Feel free to share success stories or lessons learned! #ProjectManagement #TeamDevelopment #Training #Leadership #Collaboration #SoftSkills #Teamwork

#Riskmanagement involves identifying, analyzing, and responding to these uncertainties. Key concepts include: 1. Risk Identification: Recognizing potential #risks that could impact the project, both internal (e.g., resource constraints) and external (e.g., regulatory changes). 2. Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis: Assessing the likelihood and impact of identified risks to prioritize them, using qualitative or quantitative methods. 3. Risk Response Planning: Developing strategies to mitigate threats (like contingency plans) or capitalize on opportunities (such as enhancements). 4. Risk Monitoring and Control: Continuously tracking risks, implementing response strategies, and adapting plans as new risks emerge. Proactive risk management is crucial to ensuring project success, minimizing delays, and optimizing resources. #pmp #pmi #risk #riskmanagement
