A year ago, my wife and I made a big decision: I left Rapid7 to start a new startup. It meant leaving a significant amount of the money behind, giving up work-life balance, and losing a lot of certainty. My wife had to take on more at home, and my kids would see me less. Despite all this, Smadar Arvatz (My wife) supported me fully. Her support taught me that it’s not about the comfort you are leaving behind but about having the courage to create, grow, and make an impact.
