Introducing Polypack's Total Closure Shrink Wrap Machine for rolls! Rolls are carried into the Forming Head, where film wraps around them, creating a protective bag enclosure. The Dancer Bar Assembly triggers the Film Feed Assembly to dispense film at the correct tension. The rolls are then carried by the Vacuum Conveyor to the Seal Bar Assembly, where the film is sealed and cut at both ends. The sealed rolls are transported by the Transfer Conveyor to the Shrink Tunnel, where precise heat and airflow control ensure a uniform, tightly-fitting, and durable package.
