I want to give Poolie a shoutout and recognize the efficacy of their sales process! My feedback is given as a Poolie customer. I was looking for weekly pool service and received many generally vague texts until Poolie txted me something like: Poolie: - Hi, we saw you inquired about Pool maintenance. We offer A,B,C,D - what are you looking for? Me: - A Poolie: A services range from $X to $Y montlhy for weekly services. Just send me the dimensions of your pool, and a picture so I can give you an accurate quote. Me: Sent pictures and info. Poolie: To service your pool weekly it would cost $x per month. We can start as soon as (date)… You get the experience? 5 days later and Poolie is servicing my pool and acquired a new customer through text messages! I loved the experience! Sales does not have to be complicated! Most customers are ready to buy and extensive processes just keep pushing the solution away! Sales in 2024 and beyond will be: Go from Hi, to Done as soon as possible! If we want to keep up with the pace of innovation, we need to remove the parking brakes of “bureaucracy” and “stiff processes”. Kudos to Poolie for walking the talk!

As an entrepreneur, some days can be tough. But then, a cute story like this comes along and reminds you why you do what you do. Kyle, one of our new employees, shared a heartwarming moment with his 3-year-old daughter. She saw his new work truck and exclaimed, “Daddy, your truck has a girl on it!” Kyle explained that the girl was the mascot of the company and that the company was founded by a woman. His daughter's response? “I wanna make my own business and have my picture on a truck. I wanna be like her.” I'm grateful for the opportunity make an impact and proud of the great team and culture we are building. #Poolie #texasbusiness #femalefounders

I am happy to announce that yesterday I officially started as the Head of People for Poolie Inc. This new position is a once in a lifetime opportunity to build out the entire HR department and HR presence within a company that has doubled in size within the last two months and will do so again and again within the next couple of years. When looking for my next position, I specifically wanted to become a part of a company that was still in its early stages; a company where I could roll up my sleeves, do the hard work, help build a diverse and employee centric culture while partnering alongside inspiring leaders and amazing and hard working employees. I wanted to be a part of a team where we could all look back 5 years from now in awe of what we accomplished and I am 100% confident that Poolie Inc. is the place to do that!
