Cut through the digital clutter and boost LTV with powerful, easy to use, postcard marketing automation for ecommerce.

About us

We believe that in a world of digital overload, your customers crave tangible connections with your brand. PostPilot is direct mail made for DTC/ecommerce. Our platform makes it a cinch to send one-off and lifecycle postcard marketing campaigns. Think Klaviyo for postcards. 80% of your customers don’t open your emails or are not subscribed. The iOS update is making Facebook harder than ever to reach your customers while competition is still driving up CPCs & CAC. PostPilot cuts through the digital clutter. Our individually personalized cards get a nearly 100% read rate, typically for less than the cost of a click. Hundreds of 7-9 figure customers (mostly Shopify/Shopify Plus stores like Bulletproof, Boom, Overtone.co, Taylor Stitch) consistently achieve 1000%+ ROIs on their campaigns, driving incremental revenue, LTV, and profits.

GOOD AMERICAN switched to PostPilot from another vendor to effectively hit their full-funnel. 👖📬 It's working. The team first A/B tested winback campaigns, and once a winner was ID'd, we set up programmatic version of the campaign. Now, when customers hit certain RFM parameters, we automatically send them a postcard to drive a repurchase. 💌 Those campaigns are driving an 8x+ ROI and $1.40 in incremental revenue PER SEND. (That's data they can track in real-time campaign dashboards.) Performance Marketing Manager Caitlin McKenna said: "PostPilot has an incredibly streamlined reporting process that allows us to easily analyze data and performance.” The team recently launched their first cold prospecting campaign with us, too. Stay tuned. Full story in comments. 👇

🚨 This is your sign to start prepping for BFCM 👇 With election season crowding inboxes and driving CPCs through the roof, Q4 is going to be wild. Instead of pouring more into Meta ads, consider direct mail: predictable costs, strong ROI, and your only owned full-funnel channel this holiday season. 🎯 Plus, nothing makes your brand stand out more than landing directly in someone’s hands IRL.👀

Here are 10 of my favorite ways to target customers with direct mail: (These are just the tip of the ROIceberg.) 1. New Movers: When someone’s moved, they may have an empty space or are resetting their lives. Give them the gift and direction of your products. 2. Second-Purchase Campaigns: Solve your 1x buyer problem. Dr. Squatch gets it. Drive a second purchase with a reminder postcard (works great for unengaged email contacts or folks who’ve unsubbed). 3. Upsell: Another HexClad shout-out. When someone’s purchased your hero product, show them your other products and categories to complete the set/look/package. Show off your merch in a Cardalog or a full catalog. 4. Targeting gender x household income: Ayr’s targeting my wife based on past purchase behavior and demographic info with a full catalog. (You can also do this for prospecting: build lookalikes focused on gender x household income.) 5. Churn prevention: “Long time, no treat.” That’s why Chewy is Chewy. Keeping their multi-buyers. . . buying. Works great with any mailer. 6. Past product types purchased: We’ve bought office furniture in the past, and Herman Miller’s probably looking at some of that data. I’ve never bought from them before, but this sort of prospecting catalog has arrived at the right household. . . mine. 7. Targeting based on gender x geography: We just moved to New York, and we hadn’t received anything from them before, so Goop might have ID’d my wife for prospecting. 8. Lives near mass retail: In this case, Target. You can “target” customers who are in close proximity to retailers like Target, Walmart, Costco, etc. to drive in-store purchases via direct mail. 9. Special VIP targeting: Sending handwritten cards that looks human, but done by robot (with real pens). Works incredibly well. Dozens of brands, including &Collar, do this with us. 10. Prospecting catalog: If someone’s never bought from you before, show them everything. As if they were walking into your own store. Catalogs give you the space to do that, which is why they’ve driven great results. . . for a century. (Oh, and you can do all of this and more with PostPilot.)

AcquisitionAI is changing the prospecting game. Brands are seeing 2x-5x better performance than the industry standard on CVR. We're even beating Facebook on head-to-head tests. With billions of data points on 200 million U.S. consumers, our AI is laser-focused on identifying the best prospects. It’s not just basic demographic info. It’s thousands of data points on every household in the U.S. that power this performance. Direct mail has never been this precise or powerful. 🔥
