Vice President of Accounting We are conducting a search for a VP of Accounting with a publicly traded technology company who is a leader in their industry. This person will be responsible for overseeing an accounting team, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller with responsibility for domestic and international accounting operations including general ledger, process improvement, payroll, A/P, cash, equity, accruals, debt, fixed assets and adhoc projects. This person will manage/mentor a team of 5 direct reports with a full team of close to 25, both domestic and international. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with 12+ years experience in accounting operations, preferably with experience in international and statutory accounting, and must have experience leading large teams. The role is primarily remote, as long as the candidate is available to attend team meetings in Northern Virginia once a month.
