Throwing it back to an incredible event we produced for PTTOW! at Montage Deer Valley! We set up a massive 30-meter tent on the Grand Lawn for 400+ attendees, featuring a large stage, FOH, BOH, green room, and catering. Our visuals included a 2MM curved LED video wall and three additional large LED walls throughout the hotel. We deployed a flown and ground-supported L-Acoustics system for seamless audio transitions and utilized moving LED lights for unique effects, including custom lighting for the opening night party with DJ booths, an aerialist rig, and fog machines. Our strategic planning and coordination involved initial site visits, regular vendor meetings, and collaboration with tent vendors, as well as coordination with 20+ speakers and entertainers. The result? A high-quality, seamless event experience that fostered creativity and engagement. Thank you to the PTTOW! team for trusting us with this most special event.
