I’m excited to introduce Secludy and share that we've raised an oversubscribed pre-seed round led by 43 and with participation from Script Capital, Precursor Ventures, Hustle Fund, Karman Ventures and some really amazing angel investors! What we’re building at Secludy: Legacy data masking techniques don’t work in this new world of AI. They are ineffective and cannot provide protection for sensitive contextual information that can be used to re-identify someone. The chances of sensitive data being leaked are too high and many companies aren’t comfortable releasing AI features as a result. Secludy is privacy-guaranteed AI training made easy. We use advanced privacy technology to generate synthetic datasets that mimic your original dataset so that you can train your AI models on your most valuable data – without risks of leaking PII. We’re a team of builders with expertise in privacy, infosec, and machine learning. I am so grateful to have an amazing co-founder by my side Mingze He,Ph.D. We’re hiring for a full stack founding engineer. DM me or Mingze if you’re interested in learning more. If you’re an AI lead running into friction with legal/compliance teams or CISO/CIO/CPO looking to learn how you can have peace of mind that your LLMs aren’t leaking sensitive data, send me a DM or checkout secludy.com

Introducing Ethan Barhydt! Frontline AI’s mission is to reimagine how frontline sales teams interact with customers using AI, starting with a completely autonomous AI sales coach. Their customers include some of the biggest names in education and finance. Ethan Barhydt, Frontline AI’s founder and CEO, has been in the space for a decade. In his first job after graduating from Harvard in 2014, long before the current AI revolution, he worked alongside sales managers and came to believe that sales was ripe for AI tooling, given its massive datasets of call recordings and a lot of manual work. Having started his first company at 19, Ethan’s first instinct was to quit his job and build a company around the idea, and so he left New York for San Francisco and co-founded VoiceOps. Frontline is the next evolution, which takes advantage of generative AI. Together with his team, they’ve used lots of data to figure out what great sales calls look like, and how to coach reps to success. They also collected a decade of proprietary data which, combined with LLMs, powers their autonomous AI sales coach. Ethan’s favorite company value is “subtraction.” Whenever they build a feature, they ask “if we had to cut 50% from this feature, how would we do it?” The result? A lean, fast-moving team and a simple product. In the wise words of Henry David Thoreau, “the soul grows by subtraction, not addition.”
