“People-first” is a mantra at Alpine Investors and predictis. Today, I’m delighted to illustrate an example of putting these words into action. Ethisphere has just announced the addition of a new CEO, Tom Bubeck, which follows on the addition of a new CTO, Nausheen Moulana. Both will work in tandem with Erica Salmon Byrne, who is now Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Chair of Ethisphere. This powerful triad will accelerate Ethisphere’s technology and leadership to further enable ethics, compliance, and ESG teams to unleash the power of data to build better, more ethical and defensible programs and practices. Key to Ethisphere’s growth will be acquisitions. On that front, Erica will be working closely with the predictis M&A team to identify acquisition targets that will expand and enhance Ethisphere’s impact. As many are aware, I have a deep background in ethics, compliance, and risk management solutions and software. This experience fuels my excitement for Ethisphere, and for Erica and Tom’s partnership. I’ve known both for the past decade. Both have integrity, intellect, and a people-first approach. They complement one another beautifully and really are two halves that make up a very powerful whole. I see great things coming from this partnership. Ethisphere is such a strong company. It has deep expertise in measuring and defining core ethics standards using data-driven insights that help companies enhance corporate character and measure "S&G” risk within ESG frameworks.
