✨ Welcome to the Prefab Logic Team, Payton Trimm! ✨ We are pleased to introduce Payton Trimm, our new Project Manager, who brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to Prefab Logic. Over the last two years, Payton has managed diverse projects, including creating and implementing automated systems and spearheading operational enhancements. She’s especially proud of her role in managing event logistics for the 2023 NHL Stadium Series in North Carolina. Her strengths in communication and organization are vital for project success, and she is currently completing her PMP Certification to further hone her skills. Outside of work, Payton enjoys paddle boarding, gardening, cooking, and spoiling her dog, Maggie. 🐶 🌿 👩🍳 🌊 She loves using Smartsheet and Asana to streamline processes and boost efficiency and is always on the lookout for exciting emerging technologies. Passionate about creating opportunities for women in modular construction, Payton is focused on building connections in the industry. ✨ Another project, Villa Del Sol, has reached the milestone of approved modular plans. This is another project taking advantage of the efficiencies we bring to every housing project we help design. Villa Del Sol, located on a 1.49-acre site in a mixed-use neighborhood, will offer 194 affordable rental units, including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments. This development aims to support individuals and families earning up to 70% of the area median income, with an average affordability of under 60% AMI. The six-story building, designed by AO, will feature contemporary Spanish-style architecture and include amenities such as open courtyards, a clubroom, multipurpose room, exercise room, children's playground, lobby, leasing office, community laundry rooms, elevators, and a podium parking structure. Construction is set to begin in May 2024 and conclude in May 2026. Thank you to our partners The Pacific Companies for their leadership in this project.
