Meet Trevor Thomas, a key member of our RoadCARE team, who has been with Premier for just over a year. Starting as a summer intern, Trevor showcased his drive and talent, quickly earning a full-time role on our team. His journey began with a passion for understanding the inner workings of operations, inspired by his father’s career as a truck driver. This curiosity led him to the freight industry, where he now plays a vital role in ensuring our customers’ cargo moves efficiently across the country.   In his time at Premier, Trevor has grown professionally while working in our corporate office and mentoring new hires. Michael Villarreal, RoadCARE Training Manager, says, "He has been instrumental in training our new RoadCARE hires. Always willing to step in and address any questions, he serves as a key influence amongst his teammates." Trevor’s favorite aspect of working at Premier is the opportunity to make an immediate impact—whether it’s quickly resolving a customer issue or ensuring they get back on the road safely. He values the supportive company culture and friendly work environment at Premier, where everyone is eager to help one another. What he is most proud of is his ability to adapt and grow in the face of challenges, pushing himself to achieve more in a short time.   When he’s not excelling at work, Trevor is an outdoor enthusiast. A true animal lover, he takes pride in caring for his horses, riding them whenever possible, and caring for his cows, particularly nurturing their calves. He also loves watching football and basketball games with friends. Don’t forget his two Great Dane/Poodle mixes, Mace and Pepper, who are always by his side on walks and during hangouts.   Thank you, Trevor, for your impact on our team!
