    Faculty #Spotlight Alert! Dr. Shephal Doshi MD is a leading expert in Cardiac Electrophysiology, specializing in the management and interventional therapies of arrhythmias. He trained at Massachusetts General Hospital and served as a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. Since joining the Pacific Heart Institute in 2004, he has become the Executive Director of the Minerd Heart and Vascular Institute at Providence, Saint John’s Health Center. Dr. Doshi is at the forefront of ablation research, exploring innovative energies like pulse field ablation (PFA). As a principal investigator, he leads studies on alternative therapies to blood thinners, including the Watchman device, allowing atrial fibrillation patients to stop their blood thinners.     This week we would like to #Spotlight our other course Co-Director, Dr. Devi Nair, MD, FACC, FHRS, the Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at St. Bernards Medical Center, Jonesboro, Arkansas. Dr. Nair completed her medical training at the University of Kerala, followed by a Residency at Columbia University, and Fellowships at Case Western Reserve University. Her clinical focus includes heart rhythm disorders, cardiac ablation, pacemakers, defibrillators, and left atrial appendage occlusion therapy. An award-winning cardiologist, Dr. Nair has received the People's Choice award for the best cardiologist in Jonesboro for the last 5 years. She actively participates in clinical trials and has numerous publications to her credit. Additionally, she has served as Chair and Vice-Chair for the HRS Membership Subcommittee and is on the governing board of the Arkansas chapter of the ACC.
