We're excited to share this insightful article from Julia Rafal-Baer of Women Leading Ed, exploring the valuable lessons Simone Biles' journey offers to women leaders in education. At Presence, we're passionate about empowering female leaders and fostering a supportive community. That's why we're proud to be a company that offers our employee base and provider network, which are both predominantly female, with remote, flexible work opportunities. As Dr. Baer cited, too often women have to choose between personal obligations and career advancement. If we are to keep promising female leaders in the workforce, offering more flexibility is paramount to ensuring their success. We are honored to support the Women Leading Ed community and help amplify the voices of female leaders across their organization, share their experiences, and inspire the next round of emerging female education leaders. Do you resonate with Dr. Rafal-Baer’s message? How can we, as women leaders in education, continue to support each other? Share your thoughts in the comments! #WomenEd #EducationLeadership #WomenLeadingEd #EmpoweringWomen #Presence
