Kokes sharing some CBRE/RealPage, Inc. data that points to the long term viability of this industry & like Jason Kae pontificating on the power of posting on LinkedIn & aligning daily actions to your purpose. ☀️ Then there was the story of Zach, Mike & David & the case for word of mouth marketing. 🍫 Plenty on-site postings, including Rick Hoegler sharing why it is important to visit properties in person. 👍🏼 CRETI · Center for Real Estate Technology & Innovation & Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) announced a strategic partnership aimed to advance proptech and real estate alignment. 🤝 National Apartment Association (Naahq)’s DEI Awareness week trended across leaders & influencers this week & Jimmy Lancaster pointed out a common Web Accessibility (ADA) violation: color contrast. 💻 SWTCH shared the news about the latest DC law: a bill requiring new & substantially renovated apartments to install EV charging. ⚡️ And speaking of DC… …of COURSE there was National Multifamily Housing Council OPTECH buzz: from folks like Jennifer & Dana sharing why they opted out this year, to Tangee & Sara posting about being present & not taking photos, to FOMO content from Jonathan & Stacey… 🐝 …and plenty of content about the actual conference too.
