Medicare Advantage & Part D Star Ratings Released!   Proud to share that at Press Ganey, we support 100% of all 5-Star plans and 77% of all 4, 4.5, and 5-Star plans.   Here are some of the industry insights from the 2025 Ratings: ➡️ 5-Star MAPD plans dropped from 38 in 2024 to just 7 in 2025. ➡️ 4-Star or higher plans fell from 44% to 40% YoY. ➡️ 62% of members will be in 4-Star+ plans, down from 76% last year. ➡️ Over 5 years, CAHPS has remained steady, but with declines in Getting Needed Care and Prescription Drugs. ➡️ HOS trends have also stayed steady, despite year-to-year fluctuations.   If you’re looking to boost your CAHPS or HOS as part of your Stars strategy, we’re ready to help!
