Does your PR team interview your *sales team*? 🎤 They should! Why? To: 1. Hear about the *realities* on the ground. This can spark excellent *real-world* ideas 💡 2. Mine for a diverse array of case studies 📈 3. Better understand the unvarnished momentum (or lack thereof) of the business. Sales needs to understand that the PR team is a key extension of the unified marketing effort. That PR is *on their side* to help them: *Build awareness *Lower barriers to “yes” *Soften the beachheads in new territories *Provide plenty of fodder (good excuses to reach out and touch prospects).
