Our very beloved UR director, Ann Leible has stepped down to assist Pride Institute on a part time basis. Ann has been with Pride Institute since 2001. During this time, she held positions in Pride Institute’s intake department and provided critical support for the staff with her professional counseling and assessment experience. She has spent most of her time at Pride as a member of the leadership team as Director of Utilization Review and Co-Director of Performance Improvement. She was always so grateful to be part of the process of hope and recovery for community members that struggle with the pain of addiction. Ann's energy and passion will be missed but we hope we has more time for board games!

Happy international non-binary people's day! Today we want to take a moment to shine a light on our non-binary loved ones as they are an integral part of the LGBTQ+ community falling under the trans umbrella. Non-binary is a term used to describe someone who does not identify with male or female genders but instead feels like they exists somewhere in-between. Have a fantastic day celebrating you - just the way you are!

We are always so appreciative when past clients let us know about their experience with us because it helps other LGBTQ+ persons find a treatment facility that fits their individual needs. As we continue to create an LGBTQ+ treatment center that is a leader in the healthcare field, we value feedback from our community. Leave us a review to share your experience at https://lnkd.in/emJuNJxw! We are excited to hear from you.

Meet Stuart! Our newest business development representative in the Chicago area. We are so excited to have the opportunity to spread the word about culturally specific treatment programs right next door in Illinois! Stuart Morrical has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Stuart started in the Pharmaceutical Industry and worked successfully in Business Development for many years. After being impacted by a close family member who was affected by substance use disorder (SUD), Stuart entered the recovery field in 2017 for a chance to support his loved one. He has worked with great vigor and enthusiasm as a Business and Marketing Representative ever since! In 2024 Stuart was hired by The Pride Institute to fulfill two passions: Help educate the community about culturally specific healthcare programs, and to successfully place clients into recovery programs that meet their individual needs. He is overjoyed at the opportunity to now work with LGBTQ+ clients struggling with addiction. Stuart obtained a B.S. degree Life Sciences from Middle Tennessee State University between 1988 and 1993. In addition Stuart is a proud Veteran of The US Army. Stuarts passion for SUD and the LGBTQ+ industry is paralleled together to help people sustain healthy and happy lives.
