Capital Raising Director We are looking for a Capital Raising Director with a focus on PE acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in securing investment capital for our private equity ventures, leveraging their extensive experience (minimum of 5+ years) in capital raising within the hedge fund or private equity sector. Prime Attributes: - Leading industry performance with a focus on sustainable, value-creating investments. - Rigorous auditing (KPMG) and compliance (GIPS) standards. - Diverse portfolio including approximately 30 longs and 30 shorts across multiple sectors. - Emphasis on businesses projected to significantly increase in value over the next five years. Candidate Attributes: - Proven track record in raising millions for leading firms, specifically in private equity. - Extensive knowledge of the PE landscape, investor needs, and fund structures. - Strategic and creative thinking, coupled with analytical prowess to innovate in investment product development. - Expertise in due diligence, negotiation, and deal structuring. - Strong financial acumen with a minimum of 10 years in relevant capital raising roles. - Broad and established industry network for capital raising and transaction sourcing. - Demonstrated success in raising capital from institutional investors, including closing significant transactions. - Organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and proactive approach. Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead capital raising initiatives for Prime's PE acquisitions from varied institutional investors like university endowments, foundations, large family offices, pension funds, and high net worth individuals. - Expand and deepen Prime’s existing PE investor base. - Clearly articulate and promote Prime’s PE investment strategy to the market. - Coordinate investor meetings to discuss strategy and performance. - Identify industry trends and recommend PE investment strategies and opportunities. - Collaborate with senior management in strategic planning and investment goals.
