LUNCH & LEARN: Where internal and external speakers present on topics related to Primestor’s work or mission, inviting questions and conversations with our broader team. ⁣ This month, we welcomed Johnny Bailey, CEO of Community Ambassadors, and the Watts Community Ambassadors to our office for a Lunch & Learn session. Community Ambassadors provides a unique, licensed, and bonded service ensuring safety and security at residential and commercial locations, including Freedom Plaza in Watts. The Ambassadors act as mediators between residents and the community, helping to understand and address community needs and ensure safety. We're grateful for Mr. Bailey's and the Watts Community Ambassadors' invaluable contributions to making Watts a safer and better place for everyone.

We are excited to share that Primestor has acquired Hilltop Plaza, a 245,921-square-foot community retail center in Richmond, CA, for $36.5 million. This acquisition marks our entry into the Northern California market and represents a significant milestone in our mission to invest in and empower under-supplied communities. Hilltop Plaza, located at 3190-4251 Klose Way, features exceptional access and visibility with 2,500 linear feet of frontage along Interstate 80. Currently, the plaza has an 88% occupancy rate and features nationally recognized tenants such as Ross Dress for Less, City Sports Club, DD’s Discount, and Century Theatres. These tenants, along with the local community, are integral to our efforts to enhance the appeal of Hilltop Plaza as a vibrant shopping and entertainment destination.
