We know that when teachers receive the support they need, they thrive! This month, more than 370 dedicated #PrimroseTeachers from schools in the Triangle area of North Carolina came together for an inspiring Professional Development Day. Hosted by their School Leadership Teams and Franchise Owners, this event focused on strengthening skills, building connections and learning from esteemed speakers like Marty Appelbaum and Beth Cannon about building positive relationships and community unity. Primrose schools are committed to providing teachers with opportunities for growth and development throughout the year. At Primrose schools across the country, it's a priority to support and inspire the teachers that make a positive difference in the lives of their students every day! As part of this commitment to helping #PrimroseTeachers learn and grow, Franchise Owners and Leadership Teams from Primrose schools in four cities hosted nearly 2,500 teachers for a Professional Development Day. This event was filled with team-building exercises, engaging breakout sessions and inspirational messages from guest speakers like Julie Nee, a Trainer for Jon Gordon, who spoke about the power of positivity in the workplace. 🌟
