  • CREATING COMMUNITY TOGETHER       Tools and Techniques to Create Meaning, Connection and Community Have a Positive Impact! Our Skills are Needed Now. We cannot wait to be effective. Join in the conversation and share your ideas and experiences so we can successfully address our ever-increasing challenges. As we approach Independence Day, it is interesting to note that the Declaration of Independence proclaims that the Pursuit of Happiness is an unalienable right.    So, what sparks happiness in you?    One way I pursue happiness is…    One way I experience freedom is…    One way I value independence is… The other day, while waiting in a line at a local grocery store, this little boy, quite casually, turned his face up to his Mother and said, “Thank You Mom,” in such a direct and sincere way. Several of the people on this same line saw this as well and we all smiled. Sometimes, our happiness can come from just witnessing the genuine but beautiful exchanges between two people. This emanates from the notion of “Catch Someone doing something Right!” It strengthens the relationship between the giver and the receiver, but also has an impact on the observer.  Share your thoughts and responses on PCW social platforms or send us an email: info[at]https://lnkd.in/efJFmcv  and let’s connect and engage on this topic so we can inspire each other on the specific ways we experience happiness, freedom and independence, as we celebrate the 4th of July.
