🌟 Closing Out Administrators Week with Gratitude! 🌟 With a Master’s in Health Communication from ECU 🎓, Jessica Ledford has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) since 2010, dedicating much of her career to serving residents in Asheville and Macon County 🏡. After stepping away from the industry to teach Communications at SCC and Western Carolina University 📚, she returned to long-term care in November 2024, bringing a renewed passion for leadership and quality care 💙. "My favorite thing about working in LTC is the conversations I get to have with the residents. Just this afternoon, I was sharing stories with a resident who was once a big cattle farmer in our area 🐄. He loves hearing what my husband and I are doing to keep these traditions alive—and he gives me great wisdom.
