Wrapped up another Bizfighter class with 115 participants in the 2024 RTX LDP competition in Dallas, TX! Once again, it was our privilege to be part of RTX’s Leadership Development Program again this year!  We have worked together with RTX for over 21 years to develop more than 2,100 high-potential managers into future leaders through the program. 📣The moment you’ve all been waiting for!📣 The winner of the 2024 U.S. Venture, Inc. Accelerate Business Simulation is… C-Schweet, comprised of Abigail Nicewander (Hacker), Ashley Duplechien, Kayla Hill, and Tyler Vande Voort, CPA. Not only did they win the simulation, they also broke a PriSim Business War Games and Business Simulations 🌎WORLD RECORD🌏 for RONA at 31.58%! Congratulations C-Schweet! 👏🏼🏆 Max Hernandez and Jeffrey Lefebvre, Ph.D. did a fantastic job facilitating this session!

What an amazing week of learning & networking down in Dallas, TX for Session B of the RTX Leadership Development Program. I had the opportunity to network and collaborate with top talent across different functions of the RTX business. Some highlights of the week include Aerospace and Defense Business Simulation - BizFighter ™ where my group ran our own simulated A&D company. Here, we built incredible industry-specific financial acumen and got to understand the A&D market in depth. We also kicked off our Impact Projects where we will work for almost a year as a cross-functional team to solve a key issue within the RTX business. My cohort also had the opportunity to hear from some unbelievable speakers including Charles Moore D.Eng (RTX C.O.R.E operating model) and Michael Donahue (Why RTX products have to work the first time, every time). Thank you to all who made this session possible and I look forward to applying my learnings in my current role!

This year's U.S. Venture, Inc.'s Accelerate cohort is back in action, this time competing in PriSim Business War Games and Business Simulations' premier business simulation with a goal of improving their company's performance.
