Estate Manager- Santa Barbara, CA The Estate Manager is hands-on, directing the daily operations, hospitality services, staff work, and property maintenance for a private family’s residence. This hands-on position is responsible for enhancing efficiencies and family services provision by domestic staff and vendors, as well as creative resourcing, HR expertise, onboarding new team members, and establishing and executing reliable and consistent practices to maintain exceptional standards in the home. Hospitality, personal services, interior organization, and responsive solutions to changing priorities in daily activities. Stewardship and contributing new initiatives to the family's lifestyle desires and environmental support practices. With a low profile, the Estate Manager will implement, drive, and skillfully deliver a beautiful ambiance- warm and clean, with perfect infrastructure operations to optimize the principal's and guests' experience. Recruiting, training, supervising housekeeping, culinary services, events, and facilities and grounds maintenance, including outsourced contractors and vendors. The Estate Manager will also work closely with other members of the Principal’s team, including legal, finance, design and construction, and security.
