Day 2 of #MMX2024 is here in Youngstown, OH - connecting #AMmembers and non-members to talk about the current and future state of #additivemanufacturing in the U.S. Josh Cramer, Education and Workforce Development Director at America Makes, explored the team’s strategy to grow a strong manufacturing talent pipeline, K-Grey, anchored in partnership and collaboration with our membership. The industry is in need of 50K workers and through the EWD portfolio of projects, has touched nearly 81K learners since 2012. We want every learner to reach his or her full potential. Dr. David Beck, United States Space Force, shared his thoughts on near-term gaps and priorities from the space force sector and the critical need to build a robust additive industrial base.
