It was a great privilege to attend this year's #ASM #IMAT conference in the beautiful city of Cleveland. This year's event featured a great many unique and fascinating presentations and open panel discussions, and I was able to meet a great many experienced and outstanding individuals within the materials field. I would also like to thank the International Metallographic Society #IMS, especially my colleague and mentor, #Chris_Bagnall, for presenting me the opportunity to join them in their engaging work to further the advancement of the field of metallurgy. I look forward to further correspondence and future collaboration with these and the other esteemed professionals I was able to meet through this event. Lastly, I sincerely thank my colleagues at #PES for allowing me to attend this conference as their representative.
