In July 2023, we embarked on a mission to illuminate the landscape of compensation within the product stewardship community. With the participation of 351 professionals out of 6,028 surveyed, we compiled a 36 page summary that sheds light on the industry's compensation practices, including insights into salaries, bonuses, and benefits among other critical metrics. This invaluable resource is designed to empower PSS professionals with the data needed to navigate their career paths with confidence. #ProductStewardshipSociety Announces 2024 Recipient of Allan K. Fleeger Distinguished Award — Lynn L. Bergeson This award, established in 2018 and named after the Society’s first president, recognizes invaluable contributions made by individual product stewards to support the growth and success of the Society and the product stewardship profession. Bergeson served as President of the Product Stewardship Society from 2019-2021 and has been a member since 2013. She served as chair of the Society’s Strategic Planning Task Force, a member of the Certified Professional Product Steward (#CPPS) credential committee, and authored chapters of the Society’s publication, Realizing the Full Business Value of Product Stewardship, 1st Edition. “This award recognizes the valuable contributions made by a product steward to support the growth and success of the Product Stewardship Society and the product stewardship profession as a whole,” said Lisa Marie Nespoli, CPPS, President of the Product Stewardship Society. “As a tireless ambassador, Bergeson’s commitment to leadership, innovation, and advocacy has made a profound impact on the profession.” Learn more at:
