Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of visiting the Productivity Quality, Inc. (PQI) team (Matt Rindal and Keith Summers) to discuss our expanded partnership. Hexagon has partnered with both Productivity Inc. and their sister company Productivity Quality Inc., to expand into the Mountain West Region. Having collaborative and reputable partners like them is imperative for Hexagon’s continued growth in the Americas. PQI’s dedication to the customer really resonates with me. We are all about providing our customers with the hands-on support they need, when they need it – from general product support to installation and calibration to machine servicing. That’s why I’m personally focused on expanding partnerships in the Americas that will enable us to reduce wait times for installation and service support so our customers can start seeing value as quickly as possible. It’s crucial that we work with partners like PQI that are equally as dedicated to customer support and located in the right regions, so we can expand the number of Hexagon certified service and support teams available to customers across the Americas.
