  • PROSOFT is seeking a Source Analyst with a TS/SCI onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington VA, to perform analysis and assessments for the Functional Capabilities Boards (FCBs) in a supporting role for the integration of Information Technology (IT), to include National Security Systems (NSS) components of other capabilities and programs, to ensure that future and existing systems, across all domains, support the warfighter and achieve net-centric vision and the Enterprise Services to support warfighters’ needs. The Source Analyst will: * Support the applicable Functional Capabilities Board (FCB) and provide technical analysis and architecture review support to ensure key documents of the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process have integrated architecture products, to ensure the Department of Defense (DoD) understands and evolves the linkages between capabilities and systems and can make appropriate acquisition decisions and recommendations. * Provide Net Ready Key Performance Parameter (NR KPP) technical analysis support to the applicable FCBs and to the JCIDS process, and DOD CIO Information Support Plan (ISP) in insuring adherence to, and achievement of, the required Net-Ready Key Performance Parameters (NR-KPP). Support the FCBs requirement to certify IT and NSS ACAT programs and Defense Business Systems ISPs in terms of the programs’ characteristics and criteria, and with respect to each applicable JCIDS phase of review, all in accordance with policies and procedures detailed in the JCIDS Manual. * Support efforts to assess JCIDS submissions. This includes the review and comment on documents submitted as part of the JCIDS. * Provide support by assessing JCIDS submissions as part of the NR KPP certification. This includes reviewing, commenting on, and making recommendations for NR KPP certification on documents, the NR KPP to include the attributes and objective and threshold values, and architectures submitted as part of the JCIDS process as part of the NR KPP certification. * Review DCRs, CONOPs, ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, Statement of Capability, ISP, and Defense Business Process documents in support of the NR KPP certification requirement to validate current DODAF architecture data or the optional NR KPP Architecture Data Assessment template.   This position has very competitive salary, an exceptional company commitment to a work - life balance, along with our fringe benefit package, which is best-in-class for defense related contractors. The BPA shall analyze business processes in order to support more efficient decision-making and operations for the Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) department. The BPA studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in KM processes and solutions. Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to an organization’s business processes in order to improve overall organization performance and efficiencies. Develops project plans, technical design specification documents, communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units. The BPA shall be a specialist on complex business matters.   • PROSOFT has an immediate need for a Cybersecurity Specialist (NQV) with a secret in Norfolk VA. The Cybersecurity Specialist (NQV) will work and report directly with the Systems Engineering Site Lead, will make recommendations to stakeholders to conduct Cybersecurity and Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessments to include scanning of networks with ACAS and Nessus, supporting the Change Control Board (CCB), validating RMF controls, updating POAMs, and preparing Assessment & Authorization (A&A) packages. They will validate Information Assurance controls against DOD policy standards found in 8500.2 and SP800-53 documentation, which include continuity of operations, backup recovery, and physical and virtual environments. Job Description: Provide Cybersecurity support to include development, writing, and reviewing A&A documentation per DOD RMF and NIST. Perform the duties of Navy Validator for accreditation submissions and assist other sites on these duties when required. Evaluate and test information systems and networks to determine compliance with cybersecurity requirements. Evaluation, test, and accredit various networks and systems to ensure full compliance with DOD requirements. Assist users with Cybersecurity related issues, and provide support as needed including auditing, contingency planning, awareness training, risk assessments, etc.   Qualifications: At least 6 years mission critical procedures, systems, and processes, as they pertain to the command’s Information Technology and Cyber Security requirements. Experience in certifying and accrediting DON information systems and networks, as well as Platform IT.   Education: B.S. in Cybersecurity or related field is preferred.   Certifications: IAT Level III.
