FYI - installing a new software tool in your organization is not a "transformation". I'm seeing a lot of posts along the lines of "we're going through a <service now, jira, azure dev ops> transformation!" No. No you're not. You're simply conducting a high-cost tire change while you drive around the block, and end up back where you started. There may be some efficiency gains, and other benefits... but transformation? not even close. Transformation means deep and foundational change. The result is an outcome completely unrecognizable when compared to the previous state. Caterpillar -to- Butterfly. That doesn't happen by upgrading a software tool. That happens when you reevaluate your culture and the corresponding structure, policies, and metrics used to guide the organization.
