    🛫 When I moved to Germany from US, one of the things I really loved was "sick leave policy". I boasted about it to so many people already 😀 👎 I heard about the sick leave policy in India and did not like it at all. There are lot of reasons for this and things should change here. I am sure they will. 🤷♂️ 🤷♀️ - There were already so many discussions around why women cannot have a few extra days to deal with period pains. I personally observed, having raised by 3 women, how difficult it can be for certain women. This topic is very close to my heart. Our Vamshi Polam has the heart in the right place! 🎯 Why do we need special occasions to do something right? (like announcing a few things only on March 8th?) Therefore, we decided on something to help our awesome employees (though little and small step from us) 🔊 Proliant Data decided to give another "7 DAYS" extra sick leaves to our women employees in India. BTW, 45% of our work force (53 total now) are women. 🤗 💃

    ☝️ 9 Months - since I joined Vamshi Polam to run Proliant Data 🧍 7 Resources - as of Nov 1st 2023 💥 We are today celebrating reaching 50 at Proliant Family. 😍 🤘During the same period we had ZERO attrition. 💪 40% of our workforce are women 🤝 Lot of them are working mothers - especially who took a break to raise kids So many thanks to everyone one of our well wishers, employees, and Clients who believed in us. We are more humble today than 10 months ago. We will continue to deliver highest quality work and take care of our Proliant family.

Dear All, Proliant Data needs Data Migration Experts. Please see below: 1. Only US Green Card/Citizens of USA need to apply (as this is a Govt Project and need security clearance). So, the resources need to be based out of United States 2. Syniti Tools or SAP Data Services or any other ETL Tool (non-Syniti, we will provide training) 3. Strong in SQL 4. Worked on SAP Data Migrations 5. Direct Hire or 1099 - Anything is fine No. of Positions - 12. Directly DM me or Vamshi Polam. We would like to close the positions in the next 2/3 weeks.
