TALENT OVERFLOW Are you a Maintenance or Reliability leader who's short on the right resources at the moment? Last week the team at PRORELI put together a stellar group of contractors to support a sizeable PM Optimization project and we somehow managed to find too many qualified people. Maybe it's the time of year - maybe it's luck - we have more solid resources than ever and we want to put them on your team. Please send myself or Skylar Janney a LinkedIn DM or Email (CP@Proreli.com) & share if you're looking for experts in MRO, PMO, Data Analytics, Reliability Strategy Development, RCM or Process Improvement to get you across any project for the next 3 months and beyond. They won't be on the bench for long. Let's get to work! #maintenance #reliabilityengineering #hiringnow #cmrp

Saw this one from Larry Janesky today and thought it was worth a share: Bet on the jockey, or the horse? If you are going to bet on the jockey or the horse, bet on the jockey, because a smart jockey will get off the wrong horse. Good people leave bad companies and bad leaders. Bad people get pushed out of good companies by good leaders. Good people want to be at good companies working for good leaders. Is your company the right horse for the smart jockey?
