Heart rhythm is a combination of heart rate and heart rate variability (the time between heartbeats). How coherent someone is determines how well their body's systems are working. The top chart shows jagged lines that are out of sync. The bottom chart shows smooth lines in an even pattern. YFFR Training improves HVR by training breath patterns and thoughts to work together.
