If you have a passion for leadership and expertise in property claims, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! 🛠 Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of claim professionals and trainees handling both personal and commercial property claims. - Oversee claims across multiple jurisdictions: CT, MA, RI, NJ, NY, NH, and ME. - Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient claims processing. ✨ Requirements: - 7-10 years of property damage experience, with 3+ years in a management role. - Insurance certifications (CPCU, AIC, CLA) preferred. - Valid adjuster’s license (or ability to obtain). - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. - Knowledge of estimating software and business technology.
