We are excited to introduce our newest team members at Providence Title - Southlake! Brandon Mattingly joins us as a Business Development Representative. With a rich background in the title industry, Brandon was raised in the business, becoming Vice President of his family's title search production company at just 16. Currently pursuing a degree in business, he brings expertise in real estate market analysis and a passion for attention to detail. In his free time, Brandon enjoys cycling and cheering for the University of Kentucky Wildcats. Carey Erff comes on board as an Escrow Assistant and Attorney. She holds dual degrees in Accounting and Business Management, along with a JD from Texas A&M. Carey has experience in landlord-tenant law and contracts, and she finds joy in helping clients navigate home purchases. Outside of work, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with her dog, Ophelia. Monica Smith, also an Escrow Officer and Attorney, has an extensive legal background with a JD from Texas A&M School of Law. Since starting her career in 2016, she has worked across various legal fields including real estate and family law. Monica is passionate about helping clients achieve homeownership dreams and enjoys reading and horseback riding in her leisure time.
