We are delighted to share that Sharon Strauss is being promoted to CEO of ProVisors effective January 1, 2025. Matt Toledo, the current CEO, will become a Board member of ProVisors. Over the next several months, Matt and Sharon will collaborate to assure a smooth transition for the organization. Sharon is a dynamic leader both internally and externally. Sharon, a graduate from the University of Arizona, has held various leadership roles within ProVisors over the past six years and currently serves as President. Under Matt and Sharon’s leadership ProVisors has clearly established itself as the largest and most respected network for trusted advisors. Key Accomplishments: -       Doubled membership from 5,000 to nearly 10,000. -       Scaled the business by launching 30 additional regions across the U.S. -       Built a first-class leadership team and staff. -       Built a more diverse and inclusive community of trusted advisors. -       Created high profile national events with celebrity speakers including Irving “Magic” Johnson, Katie Couric, Kevin O’Leary and Bob Burg.

What is the formula for #success? The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and John David Mann is a must-read. The formula for success lies in these 127 pages. At the ProVisors Walnut Creek 3 meeting last week, someone was graciously giving away about a dozen business books. Was it you Rolf Neuweiler? I picked up this book to read as Book #6 in my "24 Books in 2024 Book Club." I started it last night and will fly through it by the end of the day today. It's a great read and a reminder that the more you give, the more you "git." I'd love to pass this book along to someone else who wants to learn (or be reminded of) how to be a GO-GIVER.
