She leads from early stages of picking an event destination to oversight at the event itself. This list of duties includes overseeing contracts with event locations, planning the agenda, organizing volunteer staff, budget, and more! When an event comes to a close, Houa also conducts debriefs to aid in improvement going forward. Pretty amazing, huh? We are grateful to be surrounded by an incredible team. 🎉
