A terrific gathering of our Hogans Fellows!
I enjoyed attending a professional development day for our 2024-25 Hogans Fellows last week. The program was facilitated by the Public Affairs Council's social impact manager Milka Amanios and the fellowship’s mentors Adrienne Marks, Marvin Yates Jr. and Lauren Tyler participated in a panel discussion sharing strategies on developing your own personal board of directors and how to be both a mentor and mentee to others throughout your career. Thank you to the mentors and fellows for taking the time to focus on such an important element of career development and to Adfero for hosting us.
