2024 Preferred Risk Management Professional of the Year Award: Jeaneen Witt Jeaneen is the Human Resources Manager for the City of Holly Hill. As the HR Manager she oversees the cities Risk Management function. Jeaneen has significant Public Entity experience having worked for Ponce Inlet prior to this position. Jeaneen oversees a very effective Safety Committee. At Jeaneen’s direction, the committee will go into the field and perform field reviews of all of the city facilities. This actively engages the committee and in turn the entire employee base on how important the management of Holly Hill considers Workplace Safety. Jeaneen and her team have significantly lowered the City’s Workers Compensation loss ratio. The city utilizes all available Preferred Resources including our Preferred TIPS matching grant program.
